Service Terms and Conditions

Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgement of cancellations from reservations.
100% of fee if cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

100% prepayment is required at time of reservation.
No children under the age of 4 years old unless family books a private exclusive use vehicle.
Children 4 to 11 years pay 50% of adult rate
Children 12 and older are charged full adult rates.

Voucher Purchases:
Kindly remember that a gift voucher has a rand value, so the voucher will only be valid for the amount purchased. If the customer uses the voucher after your rate increase the amount deducted will be for the amount purchased and it would be at your recreation if the customer would have to pay the difference or if you will honor the rate.
