Nyosi Wildlife Reserve
Vegetables were burnt when making complaint to waiter she gave us an attitude saying its like that yet when we look at the table across the food looked good and presentable. Food was changed only after 15 minutes after complaint . The attached is the before and after image 1 is the burnt vegs and image 2 is when they fixed it - Aviwe

The salad was fresh, the fish was a good size and grilled to perfection (not dry). Of course the chocolate larva dessert was off the charts. Presentation pleasing. - Sonet
We were very disappointed with our Nyosi experience. We were received well by the manager. He was friendly and helpful, but after that it just went south. There was a bad smell lingering, our waiter was totally clueless, the pasta was dry and the dessert was hard. I was sad as I felt my birthday lunch was ruined. Poor service. - Maryna
