Customer Reviews

I had made reservations for 10 adults and 3 children. An amount of R2875 was obviously paid accordingly. On the day, two teenagers out of the 10 adults decided to oder from the kids menu (buger and chips to be specific). When dessert was served, everyone got dessert (13 people). I then paid for the beverages of everyone on the day. I enquired about the two teenagers that ordered from the kids menu and I was told that they will be charged as per the adult price (R250 each) even though they ordered from the kids menu. In addition, I was told that if the two teenagers were not served dessert, they would have charged me R125 each when it comes to them. I was also told that the R125 consist of (burger, chips and drink) for a child. However, as far as I am concerned I paid for everyone's drink including the 3 children. Please clarify the matter because something, somewhere is not consistent nor clear. What exactly are the two fees (adult and children fee) for? When someone is making a reservation, is it not for the food that they will be eating on that day no matter what their age is? If the 3 children ordered burger, chips and dessert for R125 each then why am I charged R250 for the same items when it comes to the two teenagers? Your clarification would be highly appreciated. - Zikhona

The place was absolutely stunning and it was great that there corkage was available. The service from the stuff was great however, the waiting time was absolutely ridiculous. My family and I waited for about 2 hours to get the food and maybe that was because there was a large group having a birthday celebration but that was not okay. Others customers should not be delayed because of another group. For bigger groups, I would suggest that bigger groups I would suggest that additional kitchen stuff is there to support so that others don't suffer because of those arrangements. Overall, the food was to die for! - Sibabalwe
