BREAKFAST MENU
ENGLISH BREAKFAST
Pan fried bacon, grilled mushrooms, boerewors,
caramelised onion, fried cherry tomatoes and
creamy scrambled egg, served with slice of
ciabatta toast and butter.
FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST
3 slices of ciabatta French toast served with
grilled bacon and banana and maple syrup.
HEALTH BREAKFAST
Freshly cut seasonal fruit served with double
cream plain yoghurt and muesli.
GQEBERHA OMELETTE
(Full house-bacon, sausage, peppers,
mushroom, onions, cheese.)
UITENHAGE FISHY BREAKFAST
(Scrambled egg with salmon)
EGGS done as per follows:
Fried, boiled, poached, scrambled.
Choice of a glass of juice or filter coffee.
Vegetarian or alternative options available on
request.

Nyosi Wildlife Reserve
We had a lovely breakfast just the only thing was that what we ordered from the menu was not what we got on a our plates as per description of breakfast and the bread/toat was supposed to be cibiata but we got the crust of either a roll or normal bread. It was still nice, just need to explain that the breakfast served is not the same as described on the menu. - Diane
The breakfast and game drive was lovely. It was a awesome way to spend mother's day. The staff made us feel very welcome and special and the guide that took us on the game drive was very knowledgeable and full of fun - Helena
The service was good. There was sadly only 1 kind of fruit juice available, no alternative was offered. There was no change for one of the party who wanted to pay for drinks with cash. - Corlien
The view was beautiful and the waiters and hospitality manager were really friendly. I did however feel that food wise you were not up to standard. There was no decaf coffee available , the portions differed on each persons plate . You website states a continental breakfast and we were given an English breakfast and when we asked for something sweet we were given dry brownie chocolate cake . We don't mind paying for the extras but they should at least be available. - Preeta
