Nyosi Restaurant’s visionary team of Chef’s have designed an indulgent culinary experience for every pleasure and preference, with our seasonal menu consisting of homely and hearty dishes, bursting with flavor and wholesome goodness.

WhereDeparture Point Directions: THERE ARE THREE PRIMARY ACCESS ROUTES FOR REACHING US: From the N2: On the N2, go past Baywest Shopping Centre and travel along until you see the Blue Horizon Bay / St Albans turn off. Take this exit off the N2 and at the top of the turn off turn right – this will take you over the highway towards Old Cape Road. Turn left onto Old Cape Road. First right into Rietkuil Road. Follow the Nyosi Wildlife Reserve signs along Rietkuil Road for 3.46km until you see our gated entrance on your left. From Cape Road: Travel to the top of Cape Road and then onto Old Cape Road, follow past Wedgewood Golf course. Nyosi Wildlife Reserve is clearly signposted into Rietkuil road on your right. Makro (Cape Road) to Rietkuil Rd turnoff: 14,59 km From Kariega / Despatch: Take Van Der Stel Avenue to Union Avenue / R367. Take Caledon Street to Baird Street in Kariega (Uitenhage) Continue Baird Street to Cuyler Street / R334. Turn left onto Cuyler Street / R334 Slight left onto Rocklands Road (near Uncle Freddies Supermarket) Turn left onto Cape Road / R102 Pass St Albans, first turn left onto Gravel Road. Beverages, additional meals and on-site activities, accommodation and gratuities.

Please note that your booking will be managed as a non-exclusive group booking within our Day Centre, where all Nyosi day visitors are accommodated for services.
Please note:
• No alterations to our table settings or venue layout are permitted.
• No table décor, flowers, balloons, photographers, videographers, awards, or external service providers that may impact the overall guest experience are allowed on the premises.
• Speeches or presentations of any kind are not permitted.
• A cakeage fee of R150 applies should you wish to bring your cake.

The Deli:
We do also have a Deli that offers light meals and beverages daily from 08:30 until 17:00.

Activity Description

Spend a relaxed afternoon at Nyosi Wildlife Reserve with our Sunset Safari Experience, where good food and great adventure come together beautifully.

Your journey begins with a 2-course lunch at our restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy your meal while taking in beautiful reserve views. After lunch, climb aboard an open-air land cruiser for a 3-hour sunset game drive led by our knowledgeable guides.
As the sun dips over the landscape, the reserve comes alive with colour and movement a photographer’s dream and a wildlife enthusiast’s delight. Spot elephants, giraffes, cheetah and other incredible animals as the day cools and enjoy a refreshing drink stop along the way, complete with two beverages per person (beer, cider, or soft drink) and light snacks.

This experience captures the essence of Nyosi – a celebration of flavour, wildlife and the magic of the Eastern Cape setting sun.

No animal sightings are guaranteed as all our game are free roaming.
